The apartment complex behind the WCU campus is close to campus and cheap, but that's about where the perks end.
The walls scuff and peel easily just by bumping them. They're also no thicker than a few sheets of paper as you can hear everyone and everything going on from the parking lot to every one of your neighbors. That includes the floor as well. You can hear people scooting across the floor in their desk chairs.
They do not respond to all of your maintenance requests and when they do they... take their sweet time with it.
They also claim that a pesticide company does quarterly sprays so you need to clear all your belongings away from walls but no one has ever come to my apartment to spray. I can tell because I still have the occasional roach and I've sat in my apartment all day during one of the supposed spray days.
The standard quality internet is a joke. The highest I could ever get was .03MBPS download.

This apartment complex is great for a Student serious about school working or a young professional. Quite hours are strictly enforced making this a no party property. This helps keep the area clean and makes early mornings so much better. The amenities are great, So much to do!
