Oak Forest Apartments

I lived here for a year & it was awful. The property manager was very rude and unprofessional. I called her for noise from an car alarm going off in the middle of the night and she said she couldn't do anything about it when it is her duty to make sure everything runs smoothly there. Also my hot water heater went out and exploded in my apartment and I called her over and over several times with no response from remind you I was calling her on her cell phone because she was at a meeting with... corporate but I contacted corporate the same day and he even said they had a lunch and she could have checked her voice mail. I am dealing with majority of my security deposit being taken from me because she did not fill out the paper work right and now I can't get in touch with her after she said she would email corporate about it.
