Mixed Feelings
The Good: Responsive maintenance, decently maintained facilities, safe.
The Bad: Expensive rent. Management is unresponsive during and/or immediately after move-out. Moreover, they will try to add bogus charges after move-out, and if you demonstrate with photo evidence that such charges are false, they will not respond via email or remove said charges. So just be forewarned (and make sure to document *everything*).
