Zero stars
Please do not be fooled by the positive reviews, those are all fake. They are made by the office people and their family members. Every year expect a new property manager as well as new leasing agents, that shows just how “great” the company is. The leasing office never answers the phones, Crystal Dixon in particular is extremely unprofessional and will hang up the phone on you and not answer your calls afterwards. Maintenance does quick repairs and the amount of water bugs and spiders is… ridiculous! Also make sure to document EVERYTHING through email especially because they love to act like they don’t know what you’re talking about. Before you make any payments make sure to take a look at your ledger as they add additional fees EVERY MONTH. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, if I could give this property zero stars I definitely would.
