Luxury - not even close
This place is falling apart and they are calling this place luxury. I was shown the renovated apartment and then was moved into one of the old ones that the cabinetry is mildewing and falling apart. Plus, i have asked for my toilet to be fixed multiple times and all they did was put a zip tie on it and it is still not running properly. Don't waste your time or money.

Roach infested apartments
BEWARE. I recently moved in and the apartments are disgusted. On my second day, a roach crawled out of my empty fridge. I walk around my apartment with raid in hand because roaches are everywhere--especially in the shower and kitchen. They say pest control is included but its ineffective because their roach problem is out of control. I cannot wait for my lease to be up, I will NEVER rent from Pegasus residential again.

Great Place to Live
I LOVE this apartment complex! I just recently moved to the area. My apartment has been renovated. It's extremely close to everything and very affordable.

It's Great
I moved in 2 months ago and it has been great. I am close to everything I need. The staff is nice and helpful, they even went and got a package left at my door and kept it until I came back into town.
