LIARS AND SCAMMERS - DO NOT MOVE HERE

ZERO STARS AND ANYTHING THIS APARTMENT PROMOTE IS A LIE! Do not move here they do not assist their residents when issues occur. Whether it’s payments issues, maintenance issues, amenities issues they don’t get it done and they lie about it. Apparently they have secret internal policies that aren’t documented in the lease stating they will no longer accept money orders, after the third eviction notice they will no longer accept payments, and the list goes on. If someone that works at the… apartment complex states they care about their residents it’s a lie. If someone from corporate states they care about their residents it’s a lie. I requested to speak with corporate and the property manager gave me a fake email address and stated you can only contact corporate through email WHICH IS A LIE! STAY AWAY FROM APARTMENT COMPLEX, REPORT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AND THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE! I will be doing the same.

I will be sharing this with everyone INCLUDING THE NEWS!

Roaches. Mold. Sewer leaks.

These apartments have roaches, mold and sewer leaks that are consistently ignored. I do not recommend signing a contract with The Element Apartments, it’s not worth saving $100-200 a month. That place is a true example of “you get what you pay for.”

Pool.

Well a new year with another owner and same old nonense. I've been watching as they spend money on everything including putting up new siding that represents the company logo. (All the siding was replaced a couple of years ago.) But they put absolutely no money into the residents amenities that they advertise on their webset. (With the exception of the nice expensive lock on the pool.) Its august 8 and the pool is still closed. If your looking for an apt. With a pool, pass this one by. No pool!

We apologize for the pool being closed and we are sorry for the inconvenience.

As the new administration we had every intention of opening the pool ontime but unfortunately we ran into unforeseen… complications. We have been diligently trying to correct the issue for the community!
We would like to thank you for your patience and let you know we are near completion of the pool project and look forward to the residents being able to enjoy it soon!

Look out for some new amenities coming soon! Gym renovations are currently underway along with a fire pit and redone basketball and soccer court!

We thank you for being valued member of our community and we look forward to our continued improvements and to making The Element Apartments a place all residents can feel proud to call home!
