Britney Place Apartments

DISGUSTING. Water bugs rule this apartment complex. Literally saw none when I moved in the first day and over the course of a week I seen at least 30. Then they don't pay for pest control after 30 days. Also, our air conditioner went out for 2 months after 2 weeks of being here. The water in the shower and the sink wasn't draining when we moved in (mind you we didn't know prior) and they didn't fix it for days. this is a constant issue that has to be fixed every 2 months. Where to begin? First of all- it's INFESTED with Water bugs!!!! The worse I have ever seen in my life. Literally can not sit on my livingroom floor without one crawling on me or my baby. Can't go into the bathroom without cutting the light on and seeing them on in the tub or in the toilet (yes, I used the bathroom recently and got up and there was one running around the toilet bowl that I didn't see beforehand).If it's nighttime and you're coming inside- you will see them EVERYWHERE on your back... porch. Don't believe me- come after dark. The kitchen which is TEENY TINY is FULL of gnats that we literally have to make concoctions to lure into traps. These are NOT EXAGGERATIONS. This is the honest truth. The sink and the tub weren't draining water when I moved in and we didn't notice until AFTER the lease was signed. When I told the property manager she raised her voice and told me I could get my deposit if its that bad. I should have took this way out but I had my bedset moved in already. We have to get the sink and bath tub "fixed" every 3 months because water stops draining.The apartment is not caulked correctly so there's bugs all the time coming in from outside.
