We are truly sorry you feel this way. What is surprising is that we are fully occupied and have not received any complaints from our current tenants. In fact a quick search through the public records provided by the police department and local... government shows that we have not had any serious crime related incidents in recent times as in many many years. We are a small locally owned property and although someone may not be in the office at all times we are only a phone call away to get in touch with the property manager and our Maintenance Supervisor actually lives on the property and provides 24 Hour Emergency Maintenance. We take work orders by way of email as well as in the office. What is always a surprise is when we get a bad review that it seems like it only comes from tenants who have either violated there lease and have been evicted or are in the process of being evicted. Anyone who currently lives here knows that we go out of our way to make sure they are happy and that we are always willing to help out in any way we can.
