The Residences at Tallywood

Maintenance refuses to fix anything. Ceilings falling. Garbage everywhere. One of the buildings has a sewage issue plus there's dog poop everywhere. Not to mention the roaches. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

They are very rude they will hang up on you when you call poor attitude don’t answer questions you ask or gets an attitude I called back to ask a question they hung up in my face

I moved in about 4 months ago and I have to say I do not understand why anyone would give a negative review for this place unless they were the problem. Marcy is the manager and she works hard to keep us happy. I feel safe living here. The maintenance man is very nice and he is good at fixing stuff. We live right next to Publix and lots of places to eat. I have an upgraded 3 bedroom apartment. I have lived in many apartments and this is a good place to live. I have 2 kids and I actually feel safe letting them play at the playground or walking our dog to the dog park. I am glad I moved here. My apartment has nice new floors and it is really big.

Been here 8yrs and the new owners actually care for the residents. Property is nice and clean apartments newly renovated. Landlord is really nice and listens to ur concerns. Jason and the other maint crew get things done correctly and in a timely matter. Can honestly say this is a good place to raise ur kids now
