I’d avoid this place at all costs, lived here for a year and can definitely say that anywhere else is better for only $100 more a month.

No assigned parking and some people park like jerks, built in the 70s(?) and clearly not renovated since, our one toilet is mostly broken so only one bathroom works, flooded downstairs during every storm, calls for maintenance are outsourced to the management company so it’s not easy, neighborhood is iffy, school traffic sucks, parking sucks for visitors, pool always closed, dog park is a swamp. GREAT for a first place though, app is very convenient, lots of space, more wiggle room when it comes… to repainting when moving out, very thick walls (except the bathroom, you can hear everything through those walls), and relatively cheap. I'm a recently graduated college student that was looking for a place to live with my friends. I found the general search for an apartment to be tiring until I found this place. It was such a great match! My friends and I absolutely love the layout and design of our new apartment! The staff there were very helpful, as it was all of our first experiences getting an apartment. I would highly recommend!
