My experience here has been so far good. My little problem is with the trash not being picked and sometimes it will be at my door for 2 days. In most cases I have to dispose it myself. Again, pets control is a concern also.

I moved in a week ago from another state. Supposedly they gutted the property and made them nicer. We have new carpet and flooring, but the facets are old, outdated and leak. Floors are uneven and you have absolutely no storage for anything in the kitchen. No pantry, very limited cabinet space. Which those are all old . So is the dishwasher, that we have to use a light switch to turn on. No space for anything in the main bathroom. No medicine cabinet and it’s a tiny little sink which is outdated... . It’s quiet. No one picks up after their dogs though. Literally everywhere you walk to take your dog is big piles of someone else’s dog poop. The pictures they have on the website are false. I don’t think any of the apartments look like that inside. If they do I would love to see them! Really regretting moving in here! For the price I’m paying had higher hopes. The office people are very very nice!

The community as a whole is really great. I really rather like having people around and being so close to anything I need. I don’t think I’ve come across anyone that hasn’t been kind and the office staff are always very nice and helpful.

Leasing office is mainly and will genuinely try to work with you! You constantly see the maintenance and grounds crew around and they acknowledge residents as they go by
