Friendly Staff! Large Units!
Most spacious units in Gastonia! We went property to property and it's just what we were looking for! The staff was very friendly and we are very happy renting here!

Excellent help with paperwork
Jessica is a very helpful and friendly worker who made the paperwork process as less stressful as possible with her understanding disposition which was needed for my slightly disabled sister in law. This will definitely have me referring people looking for a good place to live move her. The saying is you meet the person first who can give a positive or negative impression of a place being considered to move to. She definitely is a positive and good representative for The Oakes at edgemont!

One day at a time
I have been living here for some years now and I have seen the good and the worse.
Towards the end of 2018 new management took over and I am seeing a change. No longer scared to walk in the community.
Thank you Alex for coming in and cleaning up the Oaks a place I can start to call home again. With time we may get those new windows.

WORST PLACE EVER
Save your money! This community needs to be investigated. The office staff is rude, maintenance is lazy and Its infested with Roaches!!!!!! Oh and the grounds are dirty. Broken down cars with expired tags and People yelling loud music. The do not enforce anything. This is Gastonias HOOD!!!!!
