Awesome location, great parking, good size floor plan mostly, small complex, Bri is responsive, trees and shade are lovely, reasonably priced compared to other Greensboro apartments (expensive compared to Cary though). Dirty when we arrived, water was running. Maintenance was unresponsive.

It’s been pretty good, very quiet and great location, everybody seems to be busy in their own world, the only thing i will say is that the landscaping needs a little work , with more grass, i do like the sidewalks where i can walk my dog. Thats a plus, maintenance is ok for the most part , i do feel like its homey and i can see myself here for a little while

I've been living here for a week and I have to say it's a wonderful place to live. It's very quiet and clean. I love my apartment it's spacious and clean and it comes with everything I needed for my home very pleased with my decision to call this place home
