DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I highly recommend that you do not sign a lease here, no matter the circumstances. Aparments are filled with mold, have plumbing issues, pest control is non existent, and the buildings are falling apart.

The breezeway and stairwell need to be better maintained!!! The floors/ceilings are very thin so you can hear everything upstairs/downstairs!!!

It could use some work on pest and landscaping. I’m hoping the pool opens up soon. But overall it has been a good place to live. The neighborhood feels safe, and people are nice.

It will be even better once all the amenities are available. However, I am happy with the fact that there is a pickleball court on site. Once the pool and fitness center are available for use it will be much better. The staff is very friendly and helpful for the most part. I have only had issues with one person associated with staff and management handled the situation. Maintenance has taken care of all issues we have had so far, though we are still waiting on a piece to arrive for our air… conditioner.

We were told our unit was first floor with all hardwood but it was not. The unit is still beautiful we were just mislead and the only two options were a month off rent, a promo they run every month, or to cancel our lease
