How Is This Rating Determined?

Willow Ridge Apt.

These apartment are okay. The apartment is roomy. The secondary bedrooms are not very big but good enough as a guest or children's room. Maintenance is not too bad. You can't always get the neighbors you want and it Willow Ridge would not be a bad choice. Make sure you do not get an apartment in the back of the complex. It is quieter and more peaceful towards the front.
