Beware
There is no soundproofing between floors so if you have someone living above you, you will never know peace and quiet. It literally sounds like the floors are going to collapse with all the stomping around above you. If any of your neighbors smoke, your apartment will smell like a smoker lives with you. The extra fees are ridiculous and you can't opt out of them.

The staff here is great - responsive and helpful and available. They are making much needed repairs and the appearance here is much improved. I really enjoy my 2/bed -2bath floorpan, well-designed, light and airy. This location is very good and rent is in line with comparable communities. I find renting a garage convenient for me, and the garbage pickup service provides a very good, very reliable service.
I believe that my best recommendation for this community is that I have chosen to live... here for nine years.
There are several children living here of different ages and a local school bus drives into the community to pick up the younger kids. There is a town park close by.
I have been fortunate, for the most part, to have friendly, quiet and thoughtful neighbors.
