My wife and I have lived here for several years. It's been a very comfortable place to call home. We see ourselves staying here for a long as we can afford it.
The office is friendly, how's extra mile and maintenance we can rely on.

From start to move-in, my experience at The Everlin could not have gone any smoother. Chrissy is amazing and the maintenance staff jumped right in on a few minor issues and resolved them in 24 hours or less. Highly recommended!

I have been a resident at The Everlin at Indian Trail for about three and a half years. It is a quiet & well-maintained community. The office & maintenance teams are excellent. They are always professional, friendly & efficient. The Everlin is a great place to live!
