Keystone at James Landing

My experience? I have no complaints! I live in the two-bedroom Spring apartment. The master bedroom is large, and I love the layout.

The management and maintenance are responsive when I have questions or concerns, and the property itself is relatively safe.

I don't plan on buying a home anytime soon in this economy, so I'll be here for a while.

You can't make everyone happy, so you'll have to check the property out for yourself and come to your own conclusion.

Me and my partner moved in a few weeks ago, everything from filling out the application to move in day was so stress free. Thanks to the management, who are always open for questions and concerns! They are absolutely amazing, so helpful and friendly! We have felt the safest living and we couldn’t ask for a better place to live! The layouts are amazing and provide so much space. When we moved in, they even had a welcome home gift waiting for us, they really do care about their residents!

This property is amazing. I believe you’d have to see it in person to understand how well kept and amazing this property is. The staff is amazing. As far as comments regarding the area of town, I’m not sure if I agree. This is one of the safest areas in Greensboro, compared to most.

Pro: Rent is reasonable. Amenities are great when they are opened and working. 24-hour gym, equipment could be updated. Great location. In the middle of high point/Greensboro.

Con: This place could receive 4 stars if office management was not terrible. All members that work in the office seem to have a bad attitude. They purposely avoid your calls and emails if it is not beneficial to them. If you make a complaint pertaining to your apartment, the response that is given is an attitude and... seems to be an inconvenience for them. Property manger always responds in a monotone voice and never smiles. Sad to say this will be my last year staying. Do better Keystone. Parking is space is also limited. Be prepared to step in dog poop when you walk the neighborhood. They also will allow anyone to move here. There was recent shooting and police standoff here within months of each other. Read More

1. There is poop everywhere you walk in the grass
2. The neighbors are rude and don’t respect quite hours and management doesn’t care
3. The gates don’t work anyone can come in and out as please.
4. Wall are very thin, can hear my neighbors have sex every other night.
5. Power goes out a lot during storms.
