Worth It

We moved here from out of state back in early June. This was the very first property we toured. Nothing else even came close in comparison. The incredible staff team here made every step of viewing, signing, and moving in a breeze. They're available by phone or email and extremely responsive. We felt like they've continued to go above and beyond for our expanding family. The property itself is gorgeous with amenities that compliment it all the more. The neighbors all seem to be extremely… friendly and quiet. We've been here for a little over a month now and can't imagine leaving ever.

My apartment feels like home!

I’ve lived here for a while and I can’t say enough great things about this place… the staff is wonderful and has been so helpful with any issues I may have had. I have recommended this place to all my friends! If you’re thinking of moving here do it!

I love it here

I’ve been living here for two years. I live in phase 2 which is located on the side next to minike car shop. Overall this place is wonderful, the leasing office staff is great as well as the maintenance team. It’s a great location for food as well as grocery shopping. It is also a safe place to live, I haven’t had any problems with break ins or car jacking. Only downfall is that kids are often left unattended and are bit messy as they leave trash/soccer balls in the playground area. Aside from… that this is a great place to live and I definitely recommended it to anyone in the Winston Salem/Greensboro area
