Love my space!

I love living at elevate! The amenities are fantastic and always meeting new people around the pool and grills! Apartments are brand new, beautiful and spacious. The staff does a great job and keeping up the community areas and putting on fun events for everyone to join in on!

Bumpy start

There were some small bumps when I moved in, but the staff was understanding and the maintenance crew were knowledgeable and attentive. The place is 5 star but due to the bumps I have to give a 4. The bark park is great, best I've seen in any complex, the community is quiet and clean, I haven't had much chance to use the rest of the amenities but they look as good as the bark park.

Great Place to Call Home

I’ve really enjoyed living at Elevate Riverview. The staff is great and always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is quick and efficient whenever something needs to be taken care of. The community has great amenities, and I really like that they regularly put together events for residents. They also do a great job of keeping us updated on events and things happening around Knightdale, which is a nice touch. Overall, it’s a great community and I’ve had a really good experience living… here.

Great living experience

I've really enjoyed living here! The community is well maintained, and the rent feels very fair for the quality of the property and amenities. Management is responsive and does a great job creating a sense of community by regularly planning fun activities and events for residents. Overall, it's been a great place to live, and I'd definitely recommend it!

Amazing 1-bedroom apartment!! So spacious!

Such a great atmosphere!! Amazing amenities such as the pool, pickleball courts, and gym!! This complex has timely maintenance as well which comes in handy!
