Greystone at Widewaters

Convenient location and the size of the apartments are nice. I’ve lived here for 5 years and things have gone downhill. Hear gunshots right outside the building at times. I have random cracks forming in the walls, the kitchen counter and cabinets are pulling away from the walls, and the molding in the living room and kitchen are also pulling away from the wall. I told the office about it, and maintenance came and used white caulk to reattach the kitchen brown wood molding to the brown wood... cabinet which looks horrible, the they left. I like it here. The area is very convenient. I do wish all of the units were updated and renovated but I still like it. Other than that, and updating some of the amenities and maybe eventually even the leasing office.

Community needs to be updated and a new management team. The manager is RUDE. Love the maintenance team. Never had an issue with them in the years I’ve been here.

Office team is accessible and the hours are pretty decent. Building crew is quick to respond to requests. Grounds are taken care of (though some residents don’t pick up after their dogs). No real complaints. Rent portal is easy to use.

So far the move here has been great. Staff is very helpful and maintenance is prompt. I love the hardwood floors and the kitchen. The grounds are well kept.
