I find the office staff and maintenance crew to be extremely helpful. Their response is always timely and extremely helpful. I am handicapped and find all my interactions to be terrific and have nothing but praise for the whole staff.

Just recently moved here and it's been great so far. I toured with Denise and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She answered all our questions and she made the entire process very easy and comfortable. I'm so grateful for Denise for all her hard work. The other staff have been very helpful and professional. Destiny is always willing to answer questions and provide helpful information. Maintenance came to fix our tub quickly and hasn't had any problems since.

I’ve been a resident at Parkstone since September’2019. There have been a few incidents, but nothing that affected me directly! So far, this has been a wonderful place to live!

I have only been here 5 months but I find the office personal very helpful. The grounds are very well kept. I only wish we had assigned parking and more handicapped spaces in front of the buildings!
