We’ve only been at The Fountains for about a month, but so far we couldn’t be happier. The grounds are well kept, the location is convenient, and management has been responsive to every request we’ve had. Maintenance issues get handled quickly, and the community already has a genuinely welcoming feel.

Our unit was clean and move-in ready on day one, and the amenities have been a great bonus. Early days, but it’s shaping up to be a great place to live. Five stars so far

The complex is an amazing array of buildings that are super easy to navigate and as you do, you'll notice that Zen feeling of integration with nature because at every step there are plants, trees and birds followed by the sound of gushing fountain water that really brings me to peace every time I take a stroll around. Inside the apartment everything is kept in a compact and tidy order with each appliance/setup having its exact protocol of use and the maintenance is super simple. I feel very… appreciative of having a maintenance team at my disposal for anything that I would potentially need assistance with, and their response is very quick too! The neighbours are super chill, the pool is amazing by itself and let alone while being enjoyed in a company of nice people. Everything about Fountains Matthews oozes with a pleasant atmosphere making me feel exactly where I belong!

I most enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the landscape around the apartments accessible for short walks as well as the proximity to parks and walking trails. The apartment is modern, comfortable and has plenty of storage space. The office and maintenance staff are excellent. They are pleasant, professional and caring to residents and their pets.
