Absolute scam

I lived here for a year. My car was stolen because they don't have security measures. People are smoking weed in the corridors. At the end they have sent my deposit to someone else because they messed the email address. Avoid this place!

Great location, nice community and well maintained . I have lived here a couple of months now and honestly I don’t regret it at. Big shout to Caitlyn and Siggy at the leasing Office. They made my move-in so seamless. Their level of professionalism, kindness and understanding is exceptional. Thank you Ladies!
The Maintenance team is top notch, I had put in 2 different maintenance request and I got a swift response and the issue was resolved. Matthews Square is the place to be!
