I have been living here for a year. Ms Jean helped me transition into my new place and she was just amazing! She would call me as soon as I put a maintenance request. She was on top of everything and much appreciated! Unfortunately, we got a new manager. Jessie doesn’t reply in a timely manner which is frustrating. I needed to renew my renters insurance and she said if I didn’t I would see $75.00 fee to my rent. I renewed it and sent her the information she needed and she still added the fee a... week later. My AC motor stopped working in the middle of August. It is October and it still has yet to be fixed. I understand the ordering process was delayed and apparently the wrong one was ordered. But they said they had more parts coming 9/16 but I have yet to get anything installed and it is now 10/03. If this has happened to another unit then why weren’t these parts ordered in advance to prevent inconvenience to another tenant? Maintenance comes in whenever (doesn’t leave a notice) but leaves your lights on and things out of place. Besides horrible communication and not having maintenance available when you need it most, I like the location in Matthews. It is just upsetting to have to go through this long wait and lack of communication. Read More
