Cant get my apartment worked on for nothing is every excuse I pay full price for nothing would like to no where my money is going !!! Roaches up n down the halls day n night very rude employees not secure or safe at all for children late night fighting and ppl walking

Appliance don’t work, it very very hot in the summer time and very very cold in the winter time. Roach and bedbugs.

Their Roach and bedbugs. Appliances don’t work. Thin walls. Toilet doesn’t flush properly. Laundry area machines doesn’t work. It’s very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter.
Rent was just increased for what?

This place is full of Mold and the Management is horrible! The Management (tarnisha) is very rarely available during the listed office hours and if you are a tenant, it is very difficult to contact the Manager even though she lives on site. The rooms are very spacious but the quality of the building is poor. This was an old Mill (Dixie Yarn) that should had been treated for Mold more effectively. The turn over rate is very high here and management's lack of concern for important tenant issues is... beyond belief. Police are constantly in the building because the crime rate is high here. I would not recommend this place for women or people with children. All places have usual tenant issues but this place is off The Scale! Read More
