It is a wonderful place to live. Has beautiful apartments with high end finishes and well maintained grounds. It is also a very dog-friendly complex with a doggy door in each unit with access to the fenced in back yard!

Water has a bad odor/smell and should be addressed. I am using/buying bottled water because I do not trust or feel safe in consuming water from my unit. This will be the reason for me not to renew my lease. Residents should has safe and properly treated water delivered to their unit from the water source - if it is not delivered in good quality, management should seek to install filtration or purification for resident consumption.

My fiancé and I love living at Yardly Monroe. Everyone is friendly, professional, and very accommodating. We love being able to have our own house with all the amenities of an apartment complex.
