My hubby and I moved in on Valentine's Day, and we still love it here just as much as we did then. They have numerous events for the residents each month, their property men take care of stuff promptly and extremely courteously. The 3 office girls are absolute jewels and I pray that Hawthorne knows their value. Yes, there are a few issues that are beyond control, many of them are just due to human beings living here, but the office staff does everything they can possible do to sort things out... and take care of things promptly. This community is built right off a main road with the majority of the buildings facing River Highway. The homes do not have double pane windows, so be prepared to hear every single car, truck and person on that road at all hours of the day and night.

With so many apartments popping up around mooresville, I was instantly drawn to these because of its beautiful design and location in relation to all of the shops and dining just seconds down the road.

Super spacious, high ceilings, and contrary to popular belief, living here I am not affected by the vehicular traffic/congestion to the degree one would think.

I travel to a lot of cities with dense urban traffic; this is the perfect location to experience a... mix between urban and rural life.
