Community is very quiet, I love the birds in the morning when they are singing. Very Lush community, clean. You can take a nice walk around the community and enjoy the weather. Dog park is easily accessible. Everyone is really nice here. Maintenance tries to get to you as soon as they can. Pool is pretty decent, clean and warm. Overall we love living in this community.

We have lived at Legacy Lake Norman for several years and have loved every moment of it. The staff is friendly and quick to address any concerns. The maintenance team is experienced and capable of handling all the maintenance request that could come up in the apartments. I've had several of varying degrees of complexity and they were all handled professionally and in one visit.
Anyone looking for a quite place to live that has a full exercise/weight room and a pool should really look into... Legacy Lake Norman. You will be glad you did.
