I’ve lived at Legacy Lake Norman for several years now and really like the community. Dan does an amazing job of always helping when I have a concern or request. If any maintenance issues arise, Corbin and Miles get it taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Great place to live. Close to things in Mooresville town.. close to the lake.. Davidson is 10 minutes away for a walk around the shops.
I`ve not had any issues since moving in. Summer is around the corner and the landscaping has just been done.. it looks neat and tidy!

Many of the amenities don't work or are in need of replacements for the two years I have lived here. Very little communication from the property management office.

Love the area. Staff is amazing (especially Dan Force) and respond quickly with clear communication. Maintainence is always quick and helpful!
