Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, guests must keep noise to a minimum. Bluetooth speakers, sound systems, and amplified music are prohibited at all times. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. If a smoke detector is tampered with or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person and immediate removal from the property. All guests must complete identity verification prior to check-in. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Access details will be shared via email or text message 24 hours prior to check-in. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters. Unauthorized late checkouts are considered trespassing and may result in additional charges. The unit is to be used strictly for short-term, transient lodging only. Guests must have a separate primary residence elsewhere.
