Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in
This is without exaggeration the absolute worst renting experience I have ever had in my entire life. In Raleigh I have lived in the following apartments: the college inn, the grove, the atria at Crabtree, a townhome from the tarheel companies of North Carolina, and a home that was independently rented. All with problems of their own here and there. This place has been so horrific that the entire complex should be shutdown and everyone involved in the running process of it should be fired....
There has been constant construction within my unit making it completely uninhabitable and a truly miserable experience. It’s unsafe, my porch is inaccessible, and the pool and green space was taken over by construction making it to where we lack basic access to amenities were charged for. Entire walls have been ripped out, my porch is blocked off. My whole unit is an active construction site and management has done absolutely nothing to rectify the issue, nor compensate us. The entire leasing company is one big violation of renters rights.
