Everything was smooth from the viewing of the unit, going over the paperwork, and answering questions. Then, when it was time to move in the office staff were exceptional in their abilities and professionalism so much so I was too excited to have a team ready for the big day. Super informative, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. All 5 stars for this community.

Positive Reviews - Employees

I am almost positive that, any positive reviews you read here about Brentwood West Apartments, are from their employees. There is NO WAY anyone can say anything good about this place. At this point, I think it would be wise to knock the entire complex down and start from scratch. The infestation of rats and roaches is just HORRIBLE, to say the least! Do not be fooled by the website photos, nor the model apartment.

DON’T MOVE HERE

High crime rate, infestation rats & roaches, uneven walls, my ceilings cave in ALL OF THE TIME, mold even after bleaching. They just paint over the tubs after people move out so you can’t even scrub your tub without paint peeling out of your tub. Rude management. They will not allow you to break your lease even when you feel unsafe. Do not raise your children here. Not worth the high rent.

Roach Nest !!! but what do you expect at that price. Needs better management asap, used to be a good complex. Lease at your own risk.

Living at Brentwood West

I've been living at Brentwood West apartments for 3 years. It has been very peaceful. I appreciate the staff especially, if ever there is a concern or complaint with neighbors the staff moves with a high sense of urgency. I also recognize their events that are held such as Bingo night and Backpack back to school event. I hope their held again, they were both fun!!
