The Pointe at Heritage Apartments

Easy move in process, the apartment itself is very nice and updated. The few people I have met around the community so far are very nice. It has been a very nice experience so far.

The office staff was very polite and helped me out with no problems! Very clear with rules and how things operate. They keep it very clean around the property

We’ve lived here a few years and have enjoyed most of our time. Recently we’ve been having issues with our neighbors and it hasn’t stopped. Loud music, smoking, yelling, banging on the ceiling, slamming their door while we pass, revolving door of people, etc.
We’ve talked to the office several times and nothing has changed. We are seriously thinking about leaving soon.

There are great amenities! The apartment was true to the pictures published. The leasing staff was super nice The entire process and made themselves super available to answer my questions.

Overall it’s pretty good. However, 4 times since I’ve been here in 6 months the alarms have gone off and it’s taken days to get them turned off. I had constant communication with their email service and maintenance took way too long to resolve each time. Working from home was nearly impossible since the system is right outside my door. I asked for a credit and they wouldn’t honor it even when I informed them it was a contributing factor for when my lease renewal will come up.
