I have lived at Hunting Ridge for 4 years and would highly recommend it. It is an older property, but is well maintainted. I like my neighbors and being close to my work. I wish some people were more considerate with guests on the property, but I think that's a problem everywhere. I plan on staying here until I'm ready to buy a house.

Everything you want
Hunting Ridge is awesome, we love it and everyone we have met here says the same. The apartments are large and laid out nicely. Clean and renovated units. The bedrooms have massive closets! The kitchen is our favorite part--modern look with great new appliances. Nothing ever breaks or stops working. We have never had a problem with anything here.
Neighbors are friendly, parking is abundant, amenities are killer. The pool area is super clean and it's always a nice place to chill. No one is... obnoxious and it's never crowded. Gym has everything you need for a workout. Gas grill area is our favorite, we use them all the time. Staff is super nice and helpful.
Location is awesome. Supremely safe, exactly what you expect of North Raleigh. Across the street is a Chick-fil-a!! Groceries, restaurants, shopping are less than 2 mins away. You would never have to leave the 5 mile area if you didn't want to. The complex is across the street from a golf course on one side, and the streets behind the complex are quiet and perfect for walks/runs.
Overall this is exactly where you would want to be if you're renting in North Raleigh, especially for this price range--super affordable, safe, and clean!

Hunting Ridge Apartments
I have lived here for almost a year and a half with no complaints. Whenever there is an issue, maintenance comes in a timely manner and does their best to fix the issue. My husband and I moved here from WV, and the main office helped make a smooth transition for us. The only reason we are moving is so my husband can be closer to work. Otherwise, we would live here until we bought a house.

Copper Beech Townhomes in Morgantown WV
My husband and I lived here for a little over a year. It's a typical set up for college students and it was difficult (for us impossible) to see an actual manager when we were moving. They only have students working in the office to talk to and they could not answer our moving questions. Also, the lease was vague as what to do when you are moving for a job opportunity and when that was pointed out I was not treated as a friendly renter. I asked for copied of documents that I signed, yet I... was not allowed to and was given no explanation. Save you time and money and rent somewhere else.
