The apartment community is better than average. I only say that because of the foot traffic from adjacent neighborhoods across the railroad track. The team here is excellent about responding to any issues, but they can only do so much. It's not bad by any means, but it could always be better. Probably one of the cleanest communities that is around.

This is a very great place to live in raise your children. The staff in the office are very great . Maintenance guys are great if you have any issues they fix it that same day .

The apartment complex has done many things to make the community safer. Nightly patrols, radon remediation, excellent maintenance crew keeping things clean for the community....to many to list. Great place to come home to.

Great place to live been here 7 yrs and still quiet and convenient to get to everywhere in Raleigh. Lawns stay cut and they just recently painted the hallways and the look wonderful.

The experience here is pretty good. Not perfect, but there is probably no place that will hit that mark. The service team always comes when asked and it always considerate. The leasing team is always helpful and responds quickly. The apartment complex is kept very clean. Just a few issues with folks across the railroad track walking through the community. The value here is great.
