My honest Review
The amenities remain limited and always overcrowded. Package delivery continues to be a major issue — several packages have been marked as “delivered and signed by me,” yet I never received them. I’ve had to contact support multiple times just to get refunds. Important mail has also gone missing, and even now, delivery drivers remain confused about where to leave packages. On multiple occasions, my deliveries have been left outside the building. The irony is that management recently implemented... “enhanced security” by adding a separate locked mailroom — yet the access door is often left wide open, or drivers simply abandon packages outside because they can’t figure out where to go. Needless to say, we do not trust them with any important mail.
Parking is another nightmare. There are simply not enough parking spaces near our home. Many nights, we’ve had to walk up to 10 minutes just to reach our car.
The building’s cleanliness has drastically declined — garbage smells linger on nearly every floor, and dog urine odors are pervasive. There is zero management oversight on this issue, and the hallways often feel neglected.
To make matters worse, there has been ongoing construction for over five months, causing constant air and noise pollution. The irony is that management advertises “quiet hours” from 10 PM to 7 AM, yet we’ve witnessed asphalt repairs happening at 3 AM. Lately, the numerous asphalt repair projects have completely blocked entry and exit roads, leaving residents trapped inside or unable to return home. We’ve even been forced to drive over freshly laid asphalt, which can cause long-term damage to tires and vehicles — yet there’s been no acknowledgment or compensation for these repeated inconveniences. It’s a total abomination.
Adding to the frustration, unexpected maintenance activities (like fan installations) are still scheduled without notice, forcing residents to rearrange heavy furniture and disrupt their routines. The staff does not protect tenants’ belongings during these processes either.
Even the basic on-site utilities are unreliable. The coffee machine is constantly under maintenance, and when it’s finally working, there are no cups available for residents. The computers in the common office area rarely function properly — and since day one, the Mac keyboard has been completely broken and never repaired.
