So close to 5 stars just can’t give it 5. There are way too many cars in the lots with no parking sticker. That leads me to wonder why? Are there that many people living here that Monticello don’t know about? We do not have assigned spots but some of the none parking sticker residents will ask you to move your car cause it is “their spot”.

Nice Place to Live for Professional

So Glad that I made the decision to downsize to Montecito to be close to work and save on my monthly budget. The apartment is older and charming. The staff is excellent, maintenance is super responsive. The location is a dream in proximity to my work. I have my own washer and dryer and appreciate the upgraded unit that accommodates it. The pools are really pretty in the summer. I also live in strictly non smoking building and appreciate that very much. If you are looking for a nice quiet… established place to call home I recommend Montecito.

OVER 16 YEARS AND COUNTING!!!

I have absolutely loved my time at Monticeito! The community is nestled in a convenient location.I can walk to my local dining and shopping areas,which is a Huge plus. Shout out to Janet in the office..she's our AMAZING assistant manager who really care about residents.Also a massive thank you to the Service crew Chris, Danny,and Roger!! They are professional, friendly and always get maintenance requests done quickly

Highly recommend!!!

old, dirty, and outdated

The apartments even smell old.. air vents are NEVER cleaned, light shining through exit doors(lots of bugs in the summer), gutters NEVER cleaned, holes under sinks and filled with foam/duct tape, filth behind appliances, outdated finishings, poor lighting, creeky floors, rude office staff, poor maintenance, filthy laundry rooms, and the list goes on.
