Nice area to live by the mall. The neighbor are friendly. Everything you need is close by. The traffic is not bad. They also have a nice pool and gym area.

I’m exhausted from dealing with the management here. My apartment was not rent ready and I moved in with needing many maintenance issues corrected. I had to leave in the middle of unpacking and be out of my apartment for over five hours due to a spider crack in the tub. They had to resurface it and I was told I could stay in the apartment while the work was being completed. The chemical smell was so bad that I had to leave. I was then told later that I should not have been in the apartment while… this work was being completed. My mother and I both got sick from the chemical exposure. Along with a long list of issues with maintenance. This has been a terrible experience all around.

Toured

We toured the apartment and in honesty, feel like we wasted our time because the complex was not like the pictures. The paint on the siding was splotchy and chipping everywhere. Even the model we were shown was very run down and smoky/musty smelling. I just think it’s fair to have some idea of that beforehand.

We're sorry you were not pleased with your tour! Perhaps you noticed that we are in the middle of a major exterior renovation and all of the siding is being repaired or replaced and also repainted. Sometimes things can look a little messy in the… middle of all that, but we're very excited to see the finished project very soon!
