You know what they say about where you live - "Location, location location!" We are 5 minutes from downtown Raleigh with Dix Park on one side, Pullen Park on the other a Cathedral on the hill to the North and NCSU all around us. We have an NCSU bus stop in front of our building (yes it's free) and the city bus stop just a short flat walk away. The apartments are upscale and ours is very spacious. The staff are warm and friendly and the maintenance crew are punctual and knowledgeable. We love... living here and are involved with the community in many ways. It is a tightly bonded community and we look out for each other.

I have lived in Overture since it opened March 2020. I am very happy here Star, Greg and the team have done so much since they have arrived to improve our complex. We are all very lucky to have them and look forward to the new year with them
I hope to stay here as long as I can, as I consider this my home, not just an apartment complex.
