ALERT!!

Look at the reviews...the last review was in 2017!! Apartment is very expensive for it to be Roach infested, nasty neighbors, heating system always breaks, pool closes down all the time, turns dangerous at night time

not worth it

Poor mgmt., and staff. cockroaches a constant problem for years as well as ants in all the unis. maintenance is subpar, . cant get out of a lease so your locked in so I recommend you go 2 miles down the road and invest a little more for a lot better service and new properties.

The Best Apartment EVER !

You can't ask for a better place to live than quail Ridge apartments . This is the best apartment experience I ever had the apartment is very well priced and huge with a great use of square footage . It is also very quite and peaceful but still has tons of amenities 2 saltwater pools, tennis courts, gym, and even a beautiful courtyard with trees,a play park for kids, grills, and picnic area. The office staff is so kind and professional they made move in a breeze. The neighborhood is close to… tons of shops and restaurants some within walking distance .I love it here and could see myself staying here a long time.

Poor

One of the worst places I've lived in based on location, staff, and maintenance. The staff was very rude and maintenance didn't do their job right so much you needed to call them over again and again. I strongly do not recommend this place.
