I have had a very frustrating experience living in this apartment community. Since moving in, I have had ongoing concerns with maintenance issues that have impacted my comfort and overall experience. I have reported problems and have spent a lot of my own money trying to address issues myself, including purchasing supplies to help with pests, moisture, and preventing outside elements from coming into the apartment.

Being on the ground level has also been challenging due to issues around the... building and the condition of the surrounding landscaping. I expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment, but the response time and solutions provided have not met my expectations.

I’m still enjoying the property with the change of season, neighbors are still cordial, management and maintenance staff are professional and prompt in overseeing matters impacting the community and have been timely in addressing my concerns.

Had a couple of bumps on move in day, yet the office manager moved efficiently and made things happen! Very impressed. A few maintenance issues need to be addressed and there was a few that were rapidly handled. I love my decor and apartment. Very quiet here and no issues with parking which is an added bonus!

After a year and 5 months a residency, Regency Park Apartments is still an affordable, cozy, quiet, clean property with professional leasing and maintenance staff!

The complex as a whole is pretty cool. The apartments are slightly outdated but not rundown. They could probably use some renovations. Maintenance is Awesome.
