My experience with the Regency property, leasing and maintenance staff has been blessed! My position and apartment size are perfect for my pet and I, neighbors are cordial and helpful and the grounds are kept well! There were a few hiccups getting initially moved in, but the leasing agency handled it and promptly rectified the situation. The apartment complex is pretty calm, easy walking distance to places and I’d say is overall safe.
