I’m still enjoying the property with the change of season, neighbors are still cordial, management and maintenance staff are professional and prompt in overseeing matters impacting the community and have been timely in addressing my concerns.

Had a couple of bumps on move in day, yet the office manager moved efficiently and made things happen! Very impressed. A few maintenance issues need to be addressed and there was a few that were rapidly handled. I love my decor and apartment. Very quiet here and no issues with parking which is an added bonus!

After a year and 5 months a residency, Regency Park Apartments is still an affordable, cozy, quiet, clean property with professional leasing and maintenance staff!

The complex as a whole is pretty cool. The apartments are slightly outdated but not rundown. They could probably use some renovations. Maintenance is Awesome.

I moved into Regency Park the middle of May, I left a brief review. Minor issues upon moving in, they were taken care of…maintenance came on a Friday evening holiday wknd! I was so surprised, who works late on Fridays, especially a holiday wknd! I have had nothing but great vibes, it’s a peaceful and quiet community. The office staff have been so helpful, thank you Zena for your assistance!
