This has turned out to be a great place to live. The location is close to everything. If something needs to be fixed it is done right away and fixed the first time. The office team is friendly and helpful. We love our neighbors and will be staying longer than we initially thought we would. I recommend it. Oh, plenty of parking.

Trash pickup is often delayed, many times you'll drive in and the dumpsters will be overflowing with garbage. The units are poorly insulated so your power bill will skyrocket in winter and summer. Roaches abound. You can hear word for word what your neighbors are saying, the walls are that thin. You have to put in multiple maintenance requests to get one issue fixed. It is just not at all even close to worth the amount of money you pay to live here. Please don't make our mistake. I’ve have nothing but issues with this place since day 1. There a bugs and spiders webs everywhere, even with the “pest control” being done every week. There was several issues upon moving in intially that were simple move-in maintenance duties, including a screen door completely off of its hinges to the balcony. The water is turned off for the entire complex at least once every two weeks or so (which, is interesting considering I’m sure if we did not pay the water bill, they would turn off our… individual water to our unit, but some how maintenance requires ALL units to be shut off for at least 8-9 hours out of the day for one leaky bathroom in an apartment nowhere near mine). The maintenance people don’t even know what they’re doing half of the time, and have to have other maintenance people from other companies come to fix their mistakes. The valet trash people are lazy and rip your trash bags and leave trash all outside of your door, accompanied by hand written notes telling YOU what YOU supposed to go in the trash, even though you HAVE to pay a monthly fee for It, regardless of if you even utilize It or not. It’s just one thing after another after another. The one good thing about this place is the location, and close proximity to just about anything food/shops wise.That’s what get the 1 star, otherwise if I could give 0, I would. I’ve stayed in student housing up until moving into my very first “real” apartment here, and knowing what I now know, I know what to look for in my next one to be sure I never end up in a place like this again. I applied for an apartment because they had dates available around the time I needed and once I completed and paid for the application the company called me and told me that they didn’t have availability even though the the website and apartments.com said they did! It’s been a back and forth of them trying to move people out in advance so they can try to accommodate instead of giving me my application fee back for the incorrect advertising of their rentals!
