Great apartment

I recently signed a lease with the Edison Lofts. The property itself is very nice and well-kept. The leasing and management staff were extremely helpful and honestly made my whole experience great. I had to end my lease early for unexpected reasons, and the team was very helpful in making sure that my lease buy-out process was executed properly.

Great experience so far

I’ve lived here for less than a month, but my experience has been great so far. The move-in transition was very easy, and the staff were really helpful and responsive, both for maintenance and parking. The amenities are well maintained and very accessible. On top of that, the community here is very friendly.

We have been living in the Edison Lofts for about a year and a half and have had a great experience. The management and maintenance staff are excellent, and any concerns we have had were promptly addressed. The complex meets our needs, and we love our unit.

Great place to live with an amazing management team

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The property management team is always friendly, professional, and helpful, and the maintenance staff is incredibly responsive, they’ve always addressed requests quickly. The apartments are well-designed, the location is excellent, and I’ve consistently felt safe here. It truly feels like home.

The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the rent increase at the time of lease renewal, which felt a bit steep. If it had been a little more reasonable, this… would easily be a 5-star experience. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.
