The Village is a great place to call home

A Great Place to Live!

I have lived in various places around the Raleigh area and The Village community is one of the best. I say community, bc they don't just treat you like a resident, but more like a friend or family member. They worked patiently with me for months until my "perfect" unit became available, even providing me with a little welcome home basket upon move in. I found the sweetest surprise on my Birthday, as they left a balloon, card and some goodies at my door. Their communication to all residents is… top-notch, the grounds and common areas always kept up and maintained, and any maintenance requests I have ever needed were responded to within 24 hours. The staff is especially always genuinely friendly, kind and helpful. I live on the side with attached garages and it is very quiet and peaceful. The location is ideal too as it is a very short walk to the gym, various stores & restaurants. Can't speak highly enough about my experience here.

don’t live here!

Overpriced!! Bugs!! Maintenance moves slow, air was broken for 4 days. After it was fixed it broke a day later. Washing machine broke and they put a old rusted one in my unit. Received my security deposit back, but it was a fake check.

Book a tour with Myran!

I moved in one month ago and am very pleased with the service I've received so far. The complex is very clean with a business center, 24hr gym, sparkling pool, tennis court, bbq area, dog area, w/d in unit, resident events and very close to amenities! This is a special mention about Myran in the leasing office. He went above and beyond to make sure that any small issues were taken care of in a timely manner. His customer service skills are impeccable, a true professional! I was surprised that… maintenance staff arrived 2 minutes after I requested service - lightning fast! The units are spacious with recent updates/upgrades. Book a tour!
