The Point has left a great first impression on my move to Raleigh, NC. I am excited and thrilled to be a resident at Seaboard Station. Comfort and luxury have made my transition easy and fast. Within less than 5 days after my apartment tour, I had a lease and move-in date ready to go. Great location with lots of local businesses nearby with the option to walk downtown area within minutes.

Great Experience

I move into The Point in June of 2025. The leasing team has been great before and after move in. The complex is very quiet with great amenities. I was looking for a “high end” feel and The Point delivers.

I would recommend not living here and trying a different property in the area. Things break fairly easily in the unit.
