Outdated Appliances

Be prepared to pay anywhere from $75-$130 more per month on your energy bill due to outdated appliances. I raised my concerns with the management, but got generic dodging the question responses. For context my energy bill has been over $170 over the summer and as high as $193 for a 770 sq foot apartment! This is more some months than a coworker who has a 3,100 sq foot house with a family. I am very frugal with my electricity yet somehow I am paying double what a friend of mine pays for a newer… built comparable complex. In synopsis I would add at least $100 to whatever rent price they quote you when evaluating prices against other apartments.

Just moved in...good so far!

Place is beautiful, people are nice, rooms are very spacious. It is quiet, and very secure. Good choice forr someone looking!

I just moved in over the weekend, and when I got into my apartment, I was applaud at how disgusting it was. Solid food on floor, hairs all over the sink and bathtub, cobwebs and dust everywhere, handles had white residue on them. I could go on, but it was bad. I had 6 friends and family members spend 2 hours on their hands and knees cleaning my place before I could even move stuff in. I expect some type of reimbursement or a meeting with intention from management.
