Second Floor
Upstairs, two sound front queen bedrooms each feature an en suite bathroom, sliding doors to the shared covered deck, and beautiful views of the water. The deck includes an outdoor swinging bed and Adirondack seating — the perfect spot to relax with a book or watch the sky turn pink at sunset. A third bedroom on this level includes two twin bunk beds (sleeping 4 total) with access to a full hallway bathroom.

Ground Level
The ground floor includes an outdoor shower and a laundry room for convenience after a day on the water or at the beach.

Outdoor Living
Enjoy life on the water from your private dock, complete with a shaded deck swing and fish cleaning table — ideal for casting a line, sipping coffee at dawn, or taking in the evening sunset over the sound. While the community boat ramp is not available for guest use, public ramps are available for those bringing a boat. The community beach access is just a short walk away when it's time for sand and surf.
