I like how they maintain the grounds. The grass and plants are well maintained. I see lawn sprinklers working at night. The flowers planted last year appear to be thriving.

The maintenance in Canterbury Woods is top notch. Recently we saw the upgrades in electrical panels, the clearing of the bushes near the Hampton Inn entrance and the establishment of a towing company service to police the parking around the community. We hope this continues and gets the residents to appreciate the place where we live.

One of my favorite things about living here is the location. I am able to walk to anything I need. I also love the amenities. I prefer how the pool is located away from the buildings and by the lake.
