The stay has been good just the stairs is a hassle taking things up and down them especially when moving furniture my lawd but like I said it has been good so far

Very nice place. Maintenance is always fast to respond. Landscapers do a great job. I wish the areas around the dumpsters would be cleaner, but I understand that really depends more on the tenants themselves.

Four months in and still so far so good. Really can't beat the location since it is so near downtown. Haven't used much of the amenities much so I can't speak much about them. Trash disposal and pickup of litter in common areas could be improved. Overall, I'm happy with my move.
