Four months in and still so far so good. Really can't beat the location since it is so near downtown. Haven't used much of the amenities much so I can't speak much about them. Trash disposal and pickup of litter in common areas could be improved. Overall, I'm happy with my move.

I have signed my lease for another year. I need a ground floor apartment so that is why I stay. The neighbors in this building are very friendly

The Management is great. Also the maintenance responds fast to your issues. Parking is not the greatest but manageable. Very quiet area. Dog and children friendly.

Love the location, nice flooring and lots of space. Anytime you need anything the front office and maintenance people are amazingly helpful!

I love my apartment community! The apartments are affordable. The staff are friendly and helpful if needed. The maintenance guys are awesome, they come through whenever you need them promptly. The neighbors are friendly, it's a great place to live!
