Grounds are always kept nice and the maintenance staff are quick and efficient. The office staff is friendly and professional.

One of the more desirable communities in Wilmington. Older, yes but with age comes wisdom and this complex is a smart choice for everyone looking for a well kept, nicely laid out complex that focuses on the important stuff like the tenants that live here. Staff is pleasant and professional

The office staff is superb. My neighbors are great. The location is awesome. The outside may look a little old but they keep the inside beautiful. The handy dandy maintenance guys are so quick and efficient. The price is very affordable and I don't see myself moving anywhere else.

I love living here, I suppose there are more modern apartments elsewhere but this is a neighborhood, Mature trees grace the grounds, birds are everywhere. Rents are reasonable and the layouts have generous space!
But what they do the best is service! Truly whether I put in a ticket or call the office, they are almost always here within 10 minutes! They always make sure I get whatever it is fixed. And in the event something needs a different repair, they make sure I am ok until the actual... repair is made. It gives me confidence that they actually care! Thanks Chris, Carl and Susan!
