It has been great to live in this community! I love all the activities that are on site to do.both the managers are very nice. Anything you need done in or around your apartment they will make sure it gets done.

I am still happy. Maintenance is always on point. They keep this place up and running while looking its best. I am grateful for the office staff, always so kind and willing to help. This area is quiet and we all are community. I am glad that there is not a lot of noise around the area. Great place to retire and be at home.

I have lived here for four years. It’s a smaller community and a quiet place to live with friendly neighbors. The office and maintenance staff are very nice. The location is convenient to shopping, medical care and beaches.

Cynthia and Red are the most understanding...patient ladies to work with when it comes to do things that not everyone is up to speed with. And the community is a Great place to live. Everyone here works very hard to keep this place clean and quiet. 5 stars all the way around...I love these ladies and gentlemen who work here and strive very hard to keep this place Beautiful and Maintained correctly. Everyone is extremely friendly and sweet
Whenever I need anything done, it gets done. I Love the pool. I Love my roses. My only complaint was the nest of cockroaches. Once that was taken care Of I felt very cozy here. It’s nice and spacious. I love the winters. I love the slight breezy weather
