Amazing Presentation

Kourtney is fantastic and relatable. This was the first set of homes we looked at and were blown away. So many amenities offered and the community looks amazing, and clean. It was the gift that kept on giving. A must see!

Love living here!

I've been here for a few months now, and I really love it. My apartment is SO nice, and the amenities are beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is fantastic and always so helpful! The resident events are great too. It really feels like a community, which I love. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Amazing Community and Staff

Indy West is an absolutely amazing place to live! The community is beautifully maintained, with gorgeous landscaping, modern amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-kept everything is.

A huge shoutout to Kristen—she is simply the best! She goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel valued and taken care of. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail make the leasing process smooth and stress-free… . Any time I have a question or need assistance, she is always there with a smile and a solution.

Loving Hawthorne at indy west

I have loved living in this neighborhood. The amenities are plentiful. There are activities that are set up by the office staff. They are also very dog friendly. My dog loves saying hi to the staff and they give him treats. They are his favorite thing about living here.
